Approving YORK1 Field Recycling Ltd. - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) is premature.
Before this Environmental Compliance Approval can be reviewed, the Environmental Registry of Ontario should finish the decision on whether or not York1 can proceed on accepting construction waste from Toronto.
Accepting this Environmental Compliance Approval prematurely could possibly create a further legal issue, which would make it impossible to stop the expansion of the Dresden dump by York1.
