Environmental Assessment…

Environmental Assessment Requirements were put in place to safeguard our environment, and modifying any of these requirements erodes the standards, values, and guidelines that have been put in place and opens the gates for abuse and deregulation. These requirements must be lawfully respected and followed by the public at large, to the point of prosecution. How can the government, in good conscience, lead by this example and then change regulations whenever it suits?
