I am a resident of Ontario…

I am a resident of Ontario that loves this province. Comprehensive environmental assessment cannot be forgone to strip the province of its resources in such a way that fail to promote sustainability. Additionally, Ontario shouldn't exemplify the worst of Canada's history: destruction of land and nature, as well as neglect for the autonomy and land of its Indigenous communities, all for the sake of short-sighted profit and private gain. The passing of Bill 5 will only act as a stain against our province, identity, and history. It is not the benefit of Ontario to pass this bill.
