You arbitrarily decide what is meaningful and what is not - All based on economics! SHAME ON YOU!!!! Communities are built with all biodiversity attributes.

Wildlife and diverse species offer numerous benefits to a community, Healthy ecosystems depend on a rich diversity of species that contribute to maintaining its balance and stability. Biodiversity ensures provision of essential ecosystem services, such as clean air and water, pollination of crops, and nutrient cycling.
Healthy wildlife populations contribute to stable ecosystems such as pollination and pest control, and generate revenue through ecotourism and related industries. Wildlife fosters a sense of wonder, connection with nature, and spiritual relevance and has a human therapeutic value that CANNOT be replicated.

What makes a human's life more important than our precious wildlife and all our ecosystems...this is how communities are built! What's next?...parks, playgrounds, farmer's fields, green spaces etc....How embarassing that this government is even considering somethinng so absurd!
