I do not support the idea of opening the green belt and oakridges moraine under this proposal. As an environmental planning student we are taught about their importance to the environment and natural heritage. Allowing development in this area would ruin their benefits and encourage sprawl that is already happening, especially around the Golden Horseshoe area.
