Please read the work your staff has produced and ask yourself if you can in good conscience enable the donors of your party to cause a catastrophic explosive event that would harm an entire town.

Having read the attached files and consulted with experts on the topic, we agree with the Ministry Staff conclusion that this site requires A Full Environmental Assessment. Under ont landfill reg, wetlands are not sites that should be used without full assessments or at all due to the intrinsic unpredictability of water and the high flood occurrences that would cause leachate contamination of the areas.

The ministry letter Dated October 28th 2022 outlines many flaws with the proponents plans that would place our entire town in danger of a collapse of the aquifer. This coupled with the XGC TRACE reposts of the naturally occurring explosive gas in the shale layer running under our town, means we are going to experience an explosive event which places almost 3000 peoples lives in danger.

York 1 & their agent XGC Trace states in their submission, its a "RE-ACTIVATION"

York 1 went on TV, and stated they are going to be taking Resale materials to the U.S. markets, Not WASTE.. This tariff war hurts their commercial sales. Our town will be use as the dumping ground for the toxic chemicals from soil washing, & the reclaimed aggregates, asphalt from shingles, etc will be sold to the US Markets.

The False & misleading info: In the submissions to the ministry regarding a needed Insurance bond before the proponent has even put a shovel in the ground, is disturbing to our community. Especially when the proponent has committed Insurance fraud on this project! Please see Letter to Charlee Catton, & Insurance Surety Bond. York 1 has used the Neignbours address across their paperwork selectively, and knowingly! (they have never showed proof of ownership of 29841 Irish School rd and cannot! It still belongs to the Catton Family!

This proponent, whose fines for lying to the ministry staff at their existing project sites coupled with this Financial / insurance fraud, lack of documentation & illegal conduct on this proposed project should be enough for the ministry to use its own contract provisions, to deem this company & project, not a good fit for our community, and posses a great threat to the designated wetland, molly's creek, the federally protected spawning grounds Sydenham river.
