Removal of approvals in decision-making is a sign of exclusion of the people and parties that are most impacted by the expansion. At no cost can we allow any organization to have full authority to make changes that impact real people and communities. This bill should be strongly opposed as it is just another step in taking agency away from the people and stopping them from having a voice in a system that is supposed to work for them and NOT the other way round.
