I believe this is a great idea, and a step in the right direction to being "environmentally friendly", by saving on paper.
I am sure many will prefer the traditional way, and i totally understand their thinking.
I personally believe this is a more organized and efficient way to collect, store and access ALL of our hunting and fishing license and tags. Majority of the population has access to a cellular device and are already familiar with navigating apps, and with this knowledge and experience, it will be more organized and accessible for all parties involved.
Of course, the departments involved will have to tweak the app to accommodate their individual requirements, and, once designed, will become a positive and hopefully seamless venue that will speed up service and information accessibility.

You have my POSITIVE YES vote for this progression, and i look forward to applying this to my Hunting and Fishing licensing and tagging responsibilities.
