I strongly oppose Bill 5, as I oppose short cuts for industry with no public oversight.
I want STRONGER environmental and endangered species protections, as what makes our home in Ontario so wonderful is the whole-hearted commitment to protecting the flora and fauna that makes our region uniquely special, including the public that share and steward the land.
I oppose overwriting the law in special economic zones. Bill 5 is short sighted and counterproductive to the rising crisis of climate change, which should be prioritized over profits.
