I do not agree with any of this, but have particular issues with certain things. For one, making ot easier to get a falconry license? Where are these birds from? Falconry exploits wild birds of prey to harm other animals. This creates an unnatural increase in predators. Also, bear hunting in spring leaves orphans. I take huge issue with allowing anyone to hunt foxes. Fox hunting is very inefficient in removing conflict. It seems like, while you are making it easier to kill animals, nothing is being done to make it easier to obtain a rehabilitation license
