Bill 5 is an outrageous power grab. Special economic zones are not needed. Municipalities across Ontario have land already zoned for shovel ready projects. No project should move forward without due diligence.

Environmental Assessments and permits are required to ensure projects are done right with minimal risk or harm.

Protecting Ontario requires the province to take a balanced approach which follows the Planning Act. Please do not put clean water, nature and communities at risk.
