I'm very concerned that this bill allows development decisions that permanently affect people's lives and polute land without democratic process.
The motive for this bill seems to be to allow a trampling of rights to benefit a few while ignoring local concerns.
Good development ideas wouldn't require overriding due process.
I'm opposed to this bill. Instead of trampling rights, come up with some good ideas that people can get behind.
