This legslation allows the Province to "identify which regulations, permits, processes, approvals, and similar requirements will be exempted, altered or continue to apply"
I object to this proposal entirely. The provincial government, or contractors working for the government should not be able to exempt themselves from the Province's own environmental, planning, or heritage legislation, municipal plans and bylaws.. Good planning means reserching and understanding the implications and full costs of the undertaking, poor planning leads to mistakes and extra costs. This proposal is poor planning.
