I'd like to see the trapping application process included in these modernisations, the current process heavily relies on less modern and physical methods of delivery which also makes the process longer and more confusing (the easiest way for me, was to apply via Email, but at no point could I see the status of the application, or if it was received at all, I had to call a MNRF agent (which consumed both mien and her time))
