Would not Parkers Cleaners…

Would not Parkers Cleaners be required to have insurance for this sort of thing
given the nature of their business which obviously deals wit hazardous chemicals
and storage of such on site, as well as manifesting the transport of those chemicals
to a firm that deals with disposal of Hazardous Wastes??? Did nobody ever check this???
I see negligence just about everywhere EXCEPT the people who might be ordered to pay
the costs for something they had nothing whatsoever to do with!
