I am strongly opposed to section 6. I do not feel the diverting waste/recycling to burn as an alternate fuel source is a reasonable/responsible solution to our waste problem. Using exiting infrastructure to burn garbage threatens the health of residents who live in and around these facilities as well as the local environment. If burning garbage is something our government wants to consider as a long term solution we should be investing in creating infrastructure that can do so safely.
