I am a resident that lives close to this impacted site. I have significant concerns that this is a category 3 that is anticipated to have the highest potential of causing unacceptable environmental impactor interference. Our entire community and many in surrounding areas rely solely on well water. Our water quality is already extremely high in total dissolved solids and any actions that will impact the quality further will be incredibly detrimental to our health and may render our water unsafe to drink.

This company has already had aggregate increases approved and they continue to take advantage of the natural resources in the area at the expense of the surrounding residents health and wellbeing.

I would urge you to please set reasonable limits to prevent any further damage to our local ecosystems, health, and wellbeing.
