I object to Beach 1 and 2 being controlled by the Town of Wasaga Beach. Currently these areas our provincial properties and as such available for all to use. If under the control of the town they could be sold and become private property with restricted access as is being done with town properties adjacent to the Beach . The hotel and condos will be privately owned and the land no longer available for public use. Too much of Ontario Waterfront is currently privately owned with restricted access. Only by areas designated as Provincial Parks can stop this privatization and ensure equal access to everyone.
