I think Wasaga beach should remain a part of the provincial park. Especially beach area 1!!! It is home to piping plovers, a species that VANISHED from Ontario for DECADES, and they only nest on the edge of beach area 1 near the mouth of the nottawasaga. I do not trust the city of Wasaga to respect an endangered species' habitat, and I do not trust tourists to do so either.
Nancy Island historic site has been a local gem for the past 100 years. Redevelopment should not be the path forward. It should be a heritage site!
