I agree with the historic Nancy Island to be controlled by the province it's a great investment since Wasaga Beach has not invested in the historic site in years.
As for Beach 1,2 Allenwood, should remain with Parks Canada in my opinion, resident taxes will go through the roof and has gone up already, Park Canada is already doing a great job maintaining this beach.
Council has not included residents in the initial rebuild of Beach 1 and 2 and has already started the demo and construction, I do believe council will not ask resident about any future plans they would have for the beach front, this is our town jewel and should remain natural as it is beautiful.
