I am categorically against the proposal to sell or transfer beach areas one and two from provintial park to Wasaga Beach ownership. It will not serve the purpose of increasing tourism, instead it will be used to build private properties on the beach line and reduce affordable access to the beach areas for everyone else.
Also I have environmental concers as the Beach area one has a nesting area for endangered bird species. And should not be removed from provincial park ownership.
