Circular Materials appears to have a near monopoly on PRO services, and they refuse to disclose fee schedules until after their contract has been signed. As such, cost transparency is severely lacking. Moreover, products in regulated industries have packaging requirements imposed by law that prohibit manufacturers from being incentivized to limit their use of materials. This results in an unfair application of the law to regulated product manufacturers.
