I would like Ontario to cancel all permits for taking water to bottle.
Therefore I oppose the proposal to amend Reg.387/04 to exempt the new owner of a property from the requirement to apply for a new permit to take water. If corporations are to be allowed to take water, the government must retain the ability to monitor, limit, place conditions and forbid the taking of water.
