As a regional local to Devil's Glen, I wholeheartedly support the amendment to permit recreational rock climbing in the park. As opposed to single time day users of the park such as hikers and families, rock climbers are typically repeat park users. As such, they take better care of the environment and have a strong "leave no trace" mindset. They are self policing and will clean up after other groups as well. To me, having repeat park users cleaning up and enjoying the outdoors is a major point to allowing rock climbing at Devil's Glen.
