Please proceed with this amendment and permit climbing in Devil’s Glen. Just like hiking and other outdoor activities, climbing can be such an amazing way to promote community, physical and mental well-being, and stewardship of the environment. The more people feel connected to the environment, the more likely they are to support conservation efforts - and outdoor climbing supports that connectedness. Many other provinces (e.g., BC) permit rock climbing in various outdoor spaces without issue, including provincial parks. Collaborate with climbers (and other outdoor enthusiasts) to ensure safe and sustainable access to nature for all people. Thank you!!!
