The rock climbing community is getting bigger everywhere in the world and that is true for Ontario as well. Climbers represent a significant proportion of people who enjoy the outdoors so it makes sense to allow rock climbing accessible. There is an understanding that safety is paramount in keeping developed areas open so the Ontario Alliance of Climbers is committed to maintaining the climbing routes.
