I started rock climbing…

I started rock climbing towards the end of COVID. It was a way I could be outside with those close to me while keeping each other safe. It is now my primary outdoor activity. It keeps me active and healthy and allows me to enjoy the outdoors. The first route I climbed at devils glen, I was fascinated with the rock and the plants growing out of the side of the cliff. It ignited my curiosity and desire to explore. Allowing climbing in Ontario provincial parks provides more opportunities for myself and others to explore and be inspired and curious in our natural spaces.
