Climbing in Ontario has quickly become a central part of my life. It provides me with invaluable opportunities to strengthen relationships with family and friends, and to escape busy everyday life by being active in nature.

Other areas along the escarpment such as Metcalf and Old Baldy have demonstrated the strong respect that the climbing community has for the environment, and that climbing can exist with minimal environment impact on the area. Along side with the Ontario Alliance of Climbers I believe that by including rock climbing as an recognized recreational activity at Devil's Glen, the community can continue to benefit in a way that is safe to both climbers, park users, and the environment.

I strongly support the Amendment to the Devil's Glen Provincial Park Management Plan and appreciate your consideration in it's approval.
