I would like to formally request that the coming changes and amendment be ones that incorporate rock climbing as a legitimate user group in the permitted recreational activities. There are many wonderful examples of well-constructed management plans throughout Canada that involve rock climbing in a sustainable way within provincial and national parks. Climbers care deeply about protecting the and parks resources that they interact with and sincerely hope to conduct themselves in a manner that reduces impact, and it is with this in mind that we seek to be included.
