I believe that building this high school is necessary for Bradford. The high schools in town are already overcrowded, and they will need to accommodate more students in the future. This MZO seems like the way forward with developments planned for the old golf course, and Bradford's constant growth. Bradford has a population goal of 83,470 by 2051 and to do this the settlement boundaries will expand, and intensification will occur. This project will aid in the municipality's target. Municipal services are available for the high school, and development fees and taxes for the future mixed developments will pay for the municipal services that the mixed-use developments will need. Council endorsed its support for this project and I do as well.
