Instead of taking power away and putting in things to make it impossible for cities to operate, you should show the public of how well you work together. Stick to provincial issues that everyone is waiting for you to provide solutions for as they will be reminded come election time to see how well you did and if you deserve another term to stay in power. People want action on things they need and not you spending your time on municipal politics.
