Our province’s natural beauty is one of the greatest assets Canada has. To jeopardize that in any way, let alone by arbitrarily delisting endangered species from protections in order to develop currently protected land is a clear prioritization of greed and profit over the wellbeing of people and nature. This seems to only align with the same motivations the Ford government has shown in the course of the green belt scandal, not something any smart politician should choose to align themselves with.
