I vehemently oppose Bill 5…

I vehemently oppose Bill 5 AND the Ford Government’s intentional stripping away of Environmental Protections and reducing the endangered and at risk species list.
No one owns land, we are stewards of the land, required to nurture and take care of it in our lifetime to ensure we leave it and our fellow inhabitants in a better condition for our future generations. Stripping away legislation which provides our natural world protection from the harms directly perpetrated by humans is NOT what we voted for or want. We want a Government who upholds the laws not strips it away! It is the duty of the Government to fulfill the will of the citizens, they are not to usurp legislative power to change needed protections. We can have economic growth AND preserve life, especially by looking after those most at risk. Unregulated destruction of the natural environment is NOT what we want.
