This bike lane ban will not reduce congestion. And your documents state it. All the evidence states it. And you know that the bike lane ban is dangerous. Attempting to prevent people from suing the government is proof that you know that. The only solution is to have viable altervatives to driving.
The bill requiring government approval already got passed, anyway. Is the MTO still too lazy for that?
