Delete entirely the use of schedule 10 as a tool for promoting business opportunities .
It is undemocratic and runs counter to the whole purpose of the Planning Act, Provincial Policy Statement, the Clean Water Act, the Greenbelt Act, the Places to Grow Act, Regional and Local Official Plan and ZOning By Law documents , all of which are intended to guide development appropriately without threatening a healthy environment.
