If bill 60 protects landlords then we support it! LTB needs better protections for landlords against professional tenants who do not pay rent and/or willfully cause damages expecting to live off small landlords for prolonged periods of time, entirely for free and walk away without paying debts or having their credit rating impacted. Professional tenants are nearly becoming an endemic in Ontario because of how easy it is for them under current LTB regulations to commit civil theft without repercussions. Ontario needs change if it wants small landlords to keep housing tenants.
