As a hunter, angler, hiker, camper, and resident in Dufferin County I fully support the expansion of the Boyne River Provincial Park. I also support expanding its uses to include hunting.
This is a vibrant and healthy ecosystem that is ideal for hunts. I would further suggest that municipal restrictions on Sunday gun hunting be deemed non-binding in provincial parks. It is frustrating that those few who are privileged enough to live adjacent to public land can influence how the public uses said lands.
