This proposal seems to only take in the 'easy' spaces. There are still many areas promised in OLL that are waiting to be completed. The controversies need to be tackled.
When you do begin public consultation on the completion of OLL, it will be very helpful to title it so...completion, not expansion.
OLL allows for adjustment in boundaries. Adjustments are not expansions.
Semantics go a long way toward a successful campaign.
