The present Board of Directors from each local municipality are politicians with little to no knowledge on Conservation. They rely most of the time on feedback from local Conservation staff on what needs doing.
Staff feedback on issues can be based more on personal opinions than up to date sound conservation directions.
I therefore believe in way less numbers of areas which come out with better directives.
