This is wrong. This will only help builders and not the environment, which is what conservation is primarily for. This amalgamation concept will only create confusion as there seems to be no set plan being put into place. There was no heads up prior to this ridiculous announcement which is making it obvious this was a dumb idea concocted by a politician who has no clue what conservation actually does. I feel the public should have a say in this and my vote would be NO!
