Extreme highrises such as these are inappropriate especially with the current market for new condos . 12 stories is more appropriate for the neighborhood( this is not downtown Toronto or New York City ) If condos are being built near the Go they need to be affordable and family friendly i.e. majority of units having 2-3 bedrooms as this is what is needed not miniscule highrise studio or one bedroom units ,Please listen to The City of Oakville's recommendations and concerns instead of building what a developer desires to maximize his profit instead of benefiting and providing the community with the appropriate housing on prescious land.
