I feel strongly that the Conservation authorities should remain the way they are. I feel like there have only been cuts to the budgets of the CA's and very little investment. I'm certain they struggle with budgetary constraints like most publicly funded organizations that are required to monitor the environment. Please do not move forward with this plan on merging the CA's.
