Regarding 025-1257
I'm a resident of Prince Edward County and many people here are concerned about water levels as I'm sure and many other parts of Ontario people are as well. I am not in favor of amalgamating the conservation areas into one regional organization. Local people need to be directing our local conservation authority and conservation goals.
Just as there are other examples of this conservative government amalgamating smaller provincially funded organizations, when I think about this happening to the conservation authorities as well, I am strongly opposed.
