Do not consolidate the Conservation Authorities. They are already covering too much ground with too little resources and powers for sustainable development.
The proposed geographic areas don't make sense and are too large. The spread out structure doesn't connect to the landscape and needs of the area. Based on the watersheds and regional differences there should be more Conservation Authorities not less.
