I agree with the Hamilton Conservation Authority’s (HCA) submission to the ERO. I am concerned about losing local decision-making and I support keeping conservation decisions rooted in our community. I volunteer at Westfield Heritage Village and regularly take advantage of the many trails managed by HCA.
