With all due respect to the Ontario government, I am very much against the government's proposed changes. I am a member of the Hamilton Conservation Authority and they manage their areas beautifully. I have definite concerns and do not understand why the government even feels this merger is necessary. It would only muddle things up. The old adage 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' comes to mind!
