This is a needless proposal. Each conservation area deals with the specifics of their own area. Consolidation will not improve anything; it will cause more areas to be neglected as the governing body will have too many competing priorities. This will weaken environmental protections. If such a visitation were to take place, it should be backed up by study and data showing that it will improve the operations without compromising.

The environment is fragile and constantly at risk. Please stop implementing policies that clearly target it.
