I would agree with HCA's submission to the ERO. I believe that larger oversight is needed in terms of provincial standards but there is defiantly a need for local governance over projects. What is good for one region doesn't necessarily make it good for the other.
We need now more than ever that local feel to supporting the environmental concerns affecting all regions.
