Merging conservation authorities is a bad idea for many reasons. The one that really comes to mind is there will be less focus on individual regions, and the ecology of the these regions will suffer, causing other places to suffer as they are all connected. Another potential problem is job loss due to one authority hiring vs many. Please do not merge conservstion authorities!
