I don’t remember a time when the conservatives were interested in the environment. Maybe a one size fits all doesn’t work for each authority.
The authorities should be consulted. Of course, this would take time. There is no need to rush through your agenda.
If you had not wasted so much money on foolish and frivolous expenditures then there would be more money to spend on things that really matter. The environment is where all animals live including humans.
So no I am not for amalgamation. Some people need to learn that money cannot be eaten.
